Job Responsibilities :
01. Coordination with Business Team / Customer to understand the requirements
02. Documentation – Business Requirement / Functional Specifications
03. Implementation of Transaction Processing/Switching Projects with existing Switch Application
04. Team Management – Allocation of tasks, supervision of team, training of team for technical skills
05. NPCI Coordination for Certifications
06. Partner Coordination for Application Customizations
07. Project Reviews / Status report to internal and external stakeholders
Skills / Experience :
01. Thorough knowledge of Switching / Transaction processing for :
– EFT Switching (ATM/POS/eCom)
– UPI/IMPS/NETC/BBPS/AEPS Switching
– Understanding of Encryption / Key Managements
– NPCI/VISA/MC Interface
02. Should have experience if NPCI certifications
03. Should have experience in BRD/FSD documentation
04. Should have team management experience
05. Good communication skills
06. Minimum 5 years of experience is Payments projects implementation.
