Responsibilities :
1. Discussions with Business / Product / Operations teams on Concepts & process validation along with BRD preparation.
2. Create / Implement Solutions thinking Digital first, usage of Low Code platforms and Various Cloud solutions.
3. Consulting / advising operation users on the system functionalities / workflows and their applications.
4. Engage with Business / operations / Vendors / solutions providers for brining operational efficiency / scalability and automation in processes.
5. Test case preparation / execution and helping in implementing automated testing
6. Preparation of Project Plan / rollout plans / Day zero scenario plan in compliance to various bank processes.
Skill requirements :
1. MCA/ MBA/ BE/ MSc/B Tech or BSc IT/Graduation with 5+ year’s experience.
2. Technology understanding across BFSI systems including but not limited to Application / Web Architecture / Webservices / RDBMS.
3. Knowledge on Cloud computing, Low Code platforms, APIfication, Devops would be an advantage.
4. Working knowledge on existing payment gateway solutions preferred.
5. Working experience on any Banking product for CMS, NEFT / RTGS, UPI, Cards, POS, Retail / Corporate Net Banking / Trade Finance / CASA / Deposits.
6. Vendor / Stakeholder management with effective writing and communication skills
