Preferred Years of Work Experience – 3 to 6 yrs

Responsibilities:

  1. Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
  2. Create relevant databases and target prospective clients and partners
  3. Engage prospects, present IRIS Credixo solution and perform effective online demos to prospects
  4. Understand customer needs and requirements, work with Product manager and close
  5. Be prepared to actively engage prospects, be prepared to travel
  6. Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas
  7. Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest
  8. Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory

Skills and Competencies:

  1. Some experience and track record of delivering exceptional sales outcomes and take complete accountability/ownership of the SaaS product.
  2. Understanding of the Fintech market in India with trends, opportunities and competition
  3. A self-motivated person with a love of sales, that will give their all to exceed goals and develop their career dreams.
  4. Customer-focused, an outgoing individual that can build rapport easily, no matter what situation.
  5. A good listener with strong empathy skills, who can tune into customers and anticipate their needs.
  6. Someone who loves to collaborate has strong business ethics and has phenomenal communication skills both verbal and written.
  7. Resilient and positive, with a strong drive for results and the ability to both deal with ambiguity and thrive in a collaborative high-energy sales environment.
