About the Role:

1. Expand Recur Club’s trading platform’s investor base which currently spans across institutional investors (NBFCs, Banks, AIFs and family offices)
2. High ownership role, Own full lifecycle of the investor pipeline and be the main point of contact for existing and potential investors transacting on the platform Leverage relationships to source and onboard new potential investors, and partner with the Product team to innovate new investment solutions for existing clients
3. As a critical member of the team, you will represent Recur Club at conferences and own investor pitches on our unique investment solutions and product offerings
4. Work closely with the Product team to develop and evolve the investor trading platform based on feedback from investors
5. Work closely with the Legal team on any structural or regulatory matters relating to the platform, and communicate as appropriate to investors
6. Develop relationships with key 3rd party service providers (credit rating agencies, external counsel, investment banks)
7. Participate in coordinating the planning and execution of launching new asset verticals
8. The ideal candidate will possess strong financial literacy, interpersonal and organizational skills. They should be comfortable with multitasking and be able to manage competing priorities effectively to meet the requirements of the role

Requirements:

1. 8+ years of private credit sell-side / debt syndication experience within an NBFC, Bank, Credit Fund, Private Equity group or a Hedge Fund
2. Strong relationships with NBFCs, Banks, Family offices, credit funds, wealth managers
3. High EQ, interpersonal skills, and curated personal brand
4. Experience working in an autonomous and fast paced environment with a track record of managing competing priorities and consistently meeting deadlines Consistent track record of attention to detail, ability to grasp new concepts quickly and taking ownership of your work

1. 2 to 5 years experience in either of the following domains (good to have: experience of 2-3 closed deals): Investment Banking / Venture Capital / Private Equity / Structured Credit professionals
2. Managing deals across tech companies at NBFCs / Banks
3. Self-starter: Drive and passion to build something from scratch without much oversight

Job Requirements:

1. Ownership mentality: Comfortable owning entire workflows, keep the ball rolling forward and ability to work with stakeholders across the company (like Sales, Product, Engineering, Customer Success)
2. Strong understanding of key financial and operating metrics (Churn, LTV:CAC, etc.) Interested in helping founders around the world unlock growth in a better way

About the Role :

1. Work with the founders and senior management to frame future strategy of the business and take lead on new business initiatives
2. Develop relationships with multiple Banks, NBFCs, Family Offices and Global Credit Funds and liaise with them on potential deals
3. Work with VCs, Investment Bankers, Communities, and other ecosystem partners to evangelize the platform
4. Will also be responsible for Recur’s internal equity fund-raising activities, investor relations and internal MIS
5. Location is flexible between Mumbai or Gurgaon

About the Role:

1. You’ll join a small and niche finance team where we obsess over the problems we
2. are trying to solve for our users
3. We have a strong culture of ownership and your role will involve working with multiple
4. stakeholders in shaping our organization and identity
5. You’ll do meaningful work to design processes for underwriting companies through
6. various financial, operational, and legal checks and eventually automate these
7. processes in collaboration with our Engineering/Product team
8. Will also be responsible for Recur’s fund-raising activities, investor relations and
9. internal MIS

Requirements:

• 0 to 2 years experience in either of the following domains:

1. Financial Due Diligence
2. Investment Banking/Venture Capital/Private Equity/Structured Credit professionals
3. Credit underwriting at a digital lending / NBFC / Bank
4. Data analyst at a financial services firm

• Qualified CAs, B.Com, or similar undergraduate degree
• Strong understanding of key financial metrics
• Strong financial modeling skills with expertise in excel
• Ability to work with unstructured problems and build processes for the long run
